“I was often asked: why would you ever use a realtor in 2021? i.e. it's a hot market and you can do your own searches online. So can everyone else! We saw the market is extremely competitive and demanding, with limited opportunities for those with traditional needs (like selling, financing, inspections, etc.) It's a tough market for risk averse clients and you may need help on the roller coaster. I recommend Bea most notably for her ability to make the experience seamless and her communication skills.Bea was great about coordinating with our financing, attorney, buyer's agent, etc. so that things were automated. Try getting a specialty inspector to come out? It's 2021 so you'd typically have to wait 2-3 weeks. Bea got someone to come out within a couple days. It's hard to imagine that she sells so many homes, because Bea remembered very specific details and exactly where we last left off on a conversation about any given topic. She was always available via text or phone (does she sleep? does she really have kids?).I'm so thankful for Bea in getting us here.”

“A shout out and huge thank you to Bea Murphy! You CAN sell during Covid and WITHOUT replacing your septic! Before selling our childhood home in Wayland, I interviewed a few local and seasoned realtors as I believed that a local realtor was my best bet. I was wrong. What made Bea different was her confidence and knowledge-based approach to our particular situation. As this was an aging family home, my siblings and I were not interested in the time and money it would take to replace a septic or make the updates to the house it needed to list at a higher price. Instead of us just handing it over to a contractor, Bea designed an approach to list it with the idea that a buyer could handle the septic repair themselves by obtaining a renovation loan. After creating interest with a Coming Soon listing, she showed us there were many people willing to do it. After managing a smooth and SAFE Open House she then showed us how to identify the best offer—explaining that the highest bidder was not necessarily the offer to accept in our situation. A fair number was reached for all involved. We are thrilled that a young couple will now raise a family there as they lovingly improve the house instead of a selling to a builder.
