You’ll have access to the deck from the kitchen to the back complete with outdoor furniture.  Down the hall you’ll find a fully renovated bathroom complete with tile floor, new vanity, new washer & dryer and a beautiful tiled shower with glass door.  Next to the bathroom are two bedrooms, one with a full bed and another with a queen sized bed.  Both bedrooms have air conditioning as well and are carpeted.

Second Floor

Upstairs in the center you will find a fully renovated bathroom complete with tile floor, a tub and brand new marble vanity and dual sinks.  Two large bedrooms are on the second floor.  One bedroom has a king size bed, plus a couch with a sitting area, smart TV and equipped with a mini split.  There is a pack and play available as well.  The other bedroom has 4 twin beds, and is also equipped with a mini split. All bedrooms are carpeted.  Linen closet has bathroom towels as well as beach towels (12 of each).

Basement

Off of the kitchen you will find a door to the finished basement.  Upon heading down the stairs, you’ll find a tiled mud room for storing all shoes, coats, beach gear, etc.  Down the hall you will find the carpeted finished basement, with a large sectional, large screen TV, games, movies & more.  Off of the basement is access to the two car garage.  There is also a beach wagon available for use in the basement for trip to the beach!
